This is the kit which does come with two batteries and a charger, it just doesn't come with the additional track so you have to buy one of those to use it. For those unaware track saws are great...

Some said they didn’t get the track but got the extra batteries. 39” track is not good enough lol

Def a good price. Just be aware that this isn't the kit that comes with the 2 free batteries and 39" guide rail (according to the reviews).
