Yea I really wanted the regular m12 3/8 don't need more m12 batteries though and if I was going impact I'd go fuel for sure. This is still a good deal though considering what you get

If you buy a Milwaukee impact, make sure it has more power than you need. I bought one and it doesn't quite hit the rated ft/lbs. Both of these tools are older versions as others have pointed out.
