The tire has a label that says max weight and in parenthesis says max PSI of 50lb. To be safe, I just pumped mine to about 47 PSI and removing pump valve will prob drop it to 45lb... good enough for...

Depends on many factors. If you're in a city and ride on mostly 25-35mph roads, and live within ~4 miles of work, yes you could probably get there and back on a single charge.

Another PSA, my handle bar was easily 15-20 degree crooked. Notice after 2nd ride. Simple adjustment with Hex 6 on the two screws just below unhook mechanism for the neck. IMHO they over torqued...
