I find the fit of the CT shirts is a little better for my body, but I like the TM Lewin shirts that I have a lot. I just wish they had more sleeve length options.

Yes, but when I take it out of the dryer right away and not let it sit I usually can get by without having to iron and even if I've to it's a lot easier.

Sounds like they just have a terrible IT and back end CSR service. The shirts however, I have been told, are somewhat comparable to CT.
