Great thanks might get the 1/2” and use my non impact sockets and adapters in the mean time lol. Have a great holiday.

The 1/2" does have settings (1,2,3). I never looked up the estimated torque values for each, but what I do is just set it on 1 to put the lug bolts back on, I'm guessing this is around 50 ft/lbs,...

I am also having a tough time deciding between the 1/2 and 3/8 since both are same size but 1/2 has a higher torque to break loose nuts/bolts but I am only planning to use this for the wheels lol

Oh I see. One more if you don’t mind. Is it too easy to over torque with these since unlike a drill that has lower torque settings (ie from 1, 2, 3 all the way to drill) these torque values on the...

It delivers the same amount of power, just doesn't last as long.

At 90 ft/lbs, unlikely, but impact sockets and adapters are pretty inexpensive at Harbor Freight, I'd pick up a set.

Btw if I were to use a smaller battery like a 2ah it will deliver LESS POWER and will not last as long correct?

Thanks for the quick reply. Another question. I am planning to get the Ryobi impact wrench 3/8 on this post but if I use a NON IMPACT 1/2 adapter for loosening a wheel torqued at 90 ft/lbs then...

I am planning to get the Ryobi impact wrench 3/8 on this post but if I use a NON IMPACT 1/2 adapter for loosening a wheel torqued at 90 ft/lbs then will the adapter break? Or a NON IMPACT socket...

Yes, impact wrenches are more for taking things off, you can start things with one, but a torque wrench is always needed to get to proper spec, although not many follow this.

After you used this Ryobi impact wrench you will still need to properly torque the wheel with a torque wrench I believe. Btw the torque values for this tool is the MAX and can not be adjusted...

I got the kit, but planning on returning it because I got on the impact and battery kit deal. If anyone in northern Indiana wants to buy it instead, let me know.

Why do you need two impact wrenches? I can't think of any use cases for one except for taking off lug nuts in which case you would only need one, not two. If you're a professional, you're...
