These are discontinued models, just like the frames at Costco, BJs, etc. They're almost certainly authentic as Lux passionately hunts down counterfeits.

It depends on your prescription. Costco will charge $25 for bringing your own frames. Safe bet is $60 to $120 inclusive of fee.
