Typically, IBIS is for handheld low light image shots. For video a gimball is required. Some companies like Panasonic does a better job than Sony though.

Head up: imported means no warranty. Good price tho. Personally, after using alot of a6xxx series. A6400 is a better one imho. It technically has the A9 processor and much better menu.
