My rewards page when I log in says staples Premier right on the top under where it says Staples Rewards. If you don't see that, I assume the system doesn't think you are premier yet.

They probably saw their online sales tank when they stopped giving rewards. I know I switched most of my buying to Costco and Amazon when i stopped getting rewards for online purchases.
