I never made a pizza with bread flour. Or maybe I did and didn't notice a difference so I never bothered again. I don't know... What's the benefit? Regular flour seems to stretch just fine.

Curious, have you tried the Ooni? I've got something similar (pizza oven attachment for my GMG) and it definitely beats a pizza stone in the oven for me.

Can heat 18 brown and serve rolls in 8 minutes without heating whole oven. One drawback takes about twenty minutes to cool so you can clean it.
