None needed. With the included pump, it takes 5-7 minutes to fill and thinking it was 45 pumps per side tubes and 40 for the floor. Easy peasy.

It would depend on the type of fishing. Dropping bait straight down and waiting for a bite is probably okay. Pulling toppers across the top of the water is probably not the best idea.
