Too bad Domino's killed the pizza toppings switch deal. Add any topping not normally on the pizza = extra charge even if you remove all other toppings.

Dominos varies highly by specific restaurant but there is an option when ordering online to tell them to make it well done though if yours does this consistently I'd stick with the regular crust.
