You can walk into Target and buy the 30 roll pack total of 933sq ft Charmin for $30, vs paying Amazon $2 more for 843sq ft, even with 15% s&s. So I don't see how Amazon is a better deal unless #3...

Amazon is the better deal, hands down. Pay via Discover for the extra 5% as per their calendar. It's probably the best deal on Bounty Paper Towels I've seen since 2017.
