You can charge at .5 or 1 amp by using a lower rated USB input. So while not a physical button/option, you can charge at lower rates.

Xtar the brand is good. I use their other chargers. The plus is they added the PD/QC3 circuit for fast charging/discharge.

i did not realize it but that one Only takes UNPROTECTED FLAT TOP 18650s due to length.

Yeah that makes sense. That one had a bunch of flaws with parasitic drain and the display also does not provide much info. The pb2s is a huge improvement.
