Mint does for existing customers, just gotta be on the time of the year where they do run deals. I mean if you sign up for a year with 8gb data, $20 a month in regular plans. That's pretty good price...

As far as I know, you cannot use these as recharge. These are new activation only kits. You will have to port out your number from mint and port back in with new activation.

They say 128kbps but that's what everyone says in their fine print, it floats around goes up to 2-3mbps, I think it changes place to place depending on where you are and how busy the base station is...
