It's their official policy that you can. The other nice thing about menards rebates is that you only mail in a form and the bottom of the receipt, no UPC's.

I've never had a problem getting or using rebates at Menards
My problem is I forget to bring the thing with me when I stop in.
and it keeps track if you don't use all of it on that visit
