Still available on the netgear site The SG108e is an unmanaged switch this netgear is a managed switch. Unless you need a managed switch stick with the TP.

I think you are confusing PoE (power over Ethernet) and PPPoe (point to point protocol over Ethernet mainly used in DSL) This switch supports neither.

I stand corrected. GS908E does have Link Aggregation , just not LCAP (automated grouping). I might try it for the price. Thanks for being clear and relatively understanding.

Recommend the GSS108E. I bought three of them a few years ago because the price was so low at $12 or so. Didn't use them until earlier this year when I upgraded my network with firewalls and VLANs....
