You are correct, i think not 2 minutes after posting i got a text that the #4 order was cancelled. It was weird because it said couldnt verify my info so it made me assume my cc info didnt work......

That's standard Best Buy policy. You need to space out your 4th order, and even then it's not guranteed. You need to say "confirm" instead of "go ahead" :)
