Not sure, I used PayPal to pay and they sent the promo cards to my PayPal e-mail. If you pay with CC maybe they ask you for an e-mail on that page.

Incorrect I just bought my $50 gift card and got 3 - $10 bonus cards. So $50 gets you $80. All registered immediately and transferred to my main card on the app. No expiration!

I merged promo cards immediately to the main card, just to be sure. I'm glad I did that first because there's no room left on the main card for the $50 card, which clearly (well, clearly-er) does...
