Depends what you're using them for. Wood? Go with the HF for $10 with coupon. Metal? Don't get either get cobalt. If you use them enough to break the HF bits look into an actual quality set.

Yea but they are two different tiers. Cobalt bits are great but these titanium I can use and abuse without caring. These I think are also less brittle.

You need cement bits for that anywhere from ten to twenty per bit depending on size. You cannot even attempt to use regular bits.
