Artesia is Chinese and their products are terrible. I would return it and buy a Yamaha, Kawaii or Casio. Every Artesia product I've played in Costco have been very bad.

Agreed with you on all counts. P125 had the most unrealistic action/key. FP30 nice keys (ivory feel) and best action, but sound samples lack dynamic range. Casio is just meh.
