Totally agree with you. My squat is trending near that range and I wear a variety of different brand elevated heeled lifting shoes. Haven’t found much of a difference with any besides the Adidas...

More premium yes, more stability? maybe by a tiny margin. Unless you're squatting 5-600+ lbs, the semi-soft sole vs. a hard plastic sole will be imperceivable.
