Big difference in picture quality between the E and the F series. The F series while decent is not close to the excellent E series (though the E is older)

No the 900F is actually a step down from the 900E unfortunately and is counter intuitive. The older 900E had a significantly better contrast ratio than the 900F and was better for dark room home...

I bought this tv last year on a dell deal. It’s great! You need to tweak it to suit your personal preference. Dolby vision seems unimpressive to me personally. Should last me fine until 8k!
