This VertuoPlus model (2nd gen) is pretty unreliable. I would recommend buying either the 1st generation or 3rd generation model instead since they still sell all three for some reason.

There are no secondary manufacturer's for the Vertuoline pods. No Peet's, no Starbucks, no Gevalia. Therefore, you are limited to the Nespresso line of espresso and coffee.
