Not hardware RAID. You could probably do software RAID but the design of this doesn't lend to a more permanent setup like that. It is oriented toward easy docking and removal.

At my work I have 2 regular sata cables and sata power running out the back of our desktops with the bios set to Sata hot swappable. Its not pretty but it works.

Plug regular sata cable into the existing sata ports on the motherboard. Get sata power extension cable plug into your power supply if the existing ones are not long enough. Or just buy this....
