As an FYI, ATGames makes a Sega Genesis Flashback that has an actual cartridge port that allows you to play original cartridges as well. Either system is a good deal.

I'm sure there are phones that have usb c to HDMI but at this point better off buying a dedicated gaming console.. 720p mirroring is still playable for some games
