You can install Win 10 with any Win 7 or 8 key. Not free, but a lot of people have old computers/laptops laying around they can snag a key from.

More cores and threads then 9th gen as well as higher clock speeds. Intels already beating AMD when it comes to ipc. So if tenth gen is priced right it can take some wind out of Zen 2.

You can find windows 10 for $5 on eBay. They email you the product key and you just download the ISO and make a bootable drive.
