talk to your ped doctor for a suggestion. any skin disease for babies is different than an adult. Their skin is sensitive.

Used to use Cetaphil, because it was recommended by a Dermatologist...Changed to Cerave due to a recommendation by another Dermatologist. I personally like the Cerave a lot better. Cerave is water...

I would absolutely use this on baby eczema. Cerave (and Vanicream ) have the least potentially allergenic/irritant components. There is a reason why dermatologists and allergists recommend this.
