Since the codes are valid 12/9/2019 through 12/31/2019, I assume the rewards were first available around December 9th, but I can't really say since I hadn't noticed them until this past week....

He meant on DMI website, they only show Captain America design; but once you go to the Zazzle website, you will see other options Iron Man, Hulk. Same goes for Star Wars option
