Great deal. I just picked one up a couple weeks ago. Factory blemished comes with full 3 year warranty, and I couldn’t find any blemishes on mine. It was brand spanking new.

Has the same 3 yr warranty as new ryobi tools. Factory blemished is what Direct tools must label there "new" Ryobi tools, due to agreement with Home Depot.
