The 6.5 doesn’t compare to the 7.25. I barely used the 6.5 except to cut a few small boards and I wasn’t much of a fan. I have now replaced the 6.5 and a corded saw in most of my trailers with these.

The corded ones still have a ton more power. 60v is different. The 6.5 while not brushless, is a few lbs lighter.

That doesn't make a whole lot of sense imo, the reason to own one of these saws is to eliminate having to use a corded saw. Why own one capable of doing the tasks you are still using your corded saw...

Thank you! I just got this from amazon yesterday at the old price. They won’t price match but will do a free return. Buying the new one at a lower price and sending back the one I got yesterday.

I’d like this one, but the 6.5 I have seems to do the job. Looks like a decent deal though. Now if it came with a battery, I might upgrade. 🤔
