I highly recommend L theanine, melatonin, and mag citrate. I use to use ltheanine with coffee now it just helps me fall asleep and stay asleep

While B12 is relatively safe, the dosages here are quite excessive. From what I have read even in the most extreme cases 500-1000mcg per day is recommended. The need of the average adult is 2.4mcg....

Magnesium Citrate seems to be the most bioavailable form of Mg according to scientific research, those last two words are important. Your wife might want to try that form and see if that would help...
