Freeze up completely? Like you had to reboot the device after? Either way that sounds excessive. My Poin2 stays responsive. I might get a hiccup here or there but it never really slows me down.

I had a Poin2 Chromebook 14, I could not connect to the internet when I used my 5GHz WIFI. The 2.4 GHz WIFI worked fine. I got a replacement and had the same issue. I returned it for a refund.

One thing I just noticed is that version shows 32-bit build of Chrome OS. Processor seems to be capable of 64-bit... wonder why 32-bit. The linux shell shows aarch64 though. strange.
