I’ve streamed a bunch of HD content on mine - Clear picture with no pixelation or artifacts. Could be an internet connection issue. Is your WiFi signal strong when you’re streaming?

It’s a solid chromebook and screen looks great on mine until I stream Netflix, or any videos I’ve tried so far. Pixelating and really affecting viewing. Any suggestions on a fix? It doesn’t happen on...

I got mine on Sat. It's great but it has one tiny "bright" spot on the screen. Since you have to pay return shipping to RMA it I'm just going to keep it. It's going to bug the hell out of me every...

I bought it, had a Acer spin 1 but had a problem with the screen. Love the specs on this, I think it looks great value especially since all I need is a browser for work and have a gaming pc at home.

Freeze up completely? Like you had to reboot the device after? Either way that sounds excessive. My Poin2 stays responsive. I might get a hiccup here or there but it never really slows me down.

I just chatted with newegg agent. This item can be returned within 30 days for refund but no clarity on any warranty after 30 days nor on the return label?!

Has anyone else had issues with the Poin2 freezing up? It's happened about 2-3 times a day since I've had mine. Going to reach out to the seller to try to exchange it.
