I had and loved the Moabs. Went ahead and got a set of Moab 2s since the Moabs were discontinued. Wore them on a hike through Red Rock and they had no traction whatsoever. Would not recommend.

Had 2 pairs and it's crap. Switched to Keen and from my experience, the glue/stitching are a lot better compared to Merrell.
