I think it will automatically be caluclated in your cart, but not for clearance items like the ones in the OP. You have to look for items without the "no further discounts" banner on the product...

There is a 20% off banner on their site but it does not seem to do anything. Had anyone else had luck with it?

Mine came in today as well. It also looked brand new. Just finished recharging the battery. For $21, I can't complain at all.

Bit kits are pretty cheap. An 18 V drill/driver can drive just about anything with the right bit, hex head bolts, etc. They're great for assembling flat-pack furniture. If you work on your car it...

My 18V drill driver came today. Like others', it looks pretty much new other than the "RECON" branded into it. Now that I have it I'm not really sure what to do with it though. :P (When I bought...

I just bought a slew of ryobi recon tools from Direct Tools and they all lookbrand newbesides the recon stamp. They work great! Shipping was slower than a snail though

My experience with Direct Tools is that their stuff is either new or close too it. Very impressed.

My $20.99 12 volt drill kit came in today. In case anyone is curious, I snapped some unboxing pics and attached them to the OP. Looks like brand new to me. If you right click on the medium sized...

No, the 12 and 18 volt are two different systems. If you're looking for the greatest compatibility, stick with the 18 volt. They're compatible with all other Ryobi 18 volt tools.

Are these battery interchangeable between one to another? What I mean is does RYOBI ONE+ battery at 18V works with the 12V Tools and or viseversa with less power? Trying to get both so I'll have two...

I'm still a customer as stated above. The most recent was 3 items this past summer and that was the breaking point for me. I've never received a single certified pre-owned item from either DTO or...

Other than being slow to ship late last year, my 3/8" drill kit looked fine. Pristine exc. for the branding "recon". Not used yet so that's all I can say.

Okay, I reread your post. Maybe you could return the favor. These experiences you've had with their refurbished and certified pre-owned product...were they recent? Because others have been...

Reread my post. It's not DTO as a retailer specific post. It's in relation to them and CPO as well, but their tiered items for sale. I've been buying from them for the last 3 years easily and I...

I never had a problem with CPO. They have been like new too, although I prefer the factory blemish. Still waiting for DTO to have the 18v miter saws.

I just realized that the string trimmer I bought was from DTO. This was about two and a half years ago, so I'm not sure if their quality has gone down enough to account for the later poster's...

Just curious, are those experiences recent? Folks have been posting mostly positive experiences with DTO on this thread, as recently as today:...

I've had nothing but horrible experiences with their certified pre-owned and refurbished stuff coming in broken or old and used. Avoid at all costs!!!! Their factory blemished stuff is brand new...
