Not in the least. I use this cream daily during the Winter and it makes a huge difference in dryness of my skin. I understand some may not feel relief from it but it is far from snake oil.

If you can, do not buy the one with the pump! It feels different than the normal bottle without the pump. I noticed it being more greasy than what the one without the pump.
