I wouldnt get this. At first glance didn't seem like an amazing price. In your case specifically you don't need 144hz. For web browsing id be looking super basic.

tn panel is only for serious and pro gamers that need the fast response time. as a casual gamer (or console gamer) go with ips for higher picture quality and color.

Reusing an old monitor is different than buying a new one. No one should be looking at a 144hz TN for web browsing when you can get a 60hz IPS or VA for cheaper. VA would probably be best for this...
