I have average size kids. My 8+ lb baby wore Newborn for the first month but was in size 3 by 5 months, so this very well varies from child to child.

If you are specifically buying nighttime diapers/pullups for older kids (not babies), you can use your FSA or HSA funds to pay for them. Just a heads up in case people didn't realize it.

The OP used 2 80 packs size 3 for $36, which is $0.225/diaper. Costco's normal prices are 198 for $36, which is $0.182/diaper.
