I've seen tons of people wearing ASICS, but none Mizuno. Runners tends to choose Brooks/Saucony/New Balance, even Nike/Adidas, still not seen anyone wearing Mizuno.

I wouldn't be happy about that after that amount of time either, but if they fit well and work for you otherwise, it's just the wear/traction pad... a little goop and you should be good to go.
