Thank you OP! I have one near my work I was able to check out. They had a Frozen 2 set up near the entrance with prices marked 50% off. The Legos were separate on an end cap listed at full price....

It is a Kroger Marketplace thing. They sell Lego sets and have a couple aisles of toys. Regular Kroger stores might have just a set or two in their little toy section. the Kroger Marketplaces near us...
