It's a good deal for the light M12 oscillating tool. It's not new though. Home Depot is having this deal for awhile now. I ordered one 2 weeks ago.

Ever since I've had Milwaukee fuel, DeWalt is really just meh... But still not recommend 12v, go 12v fuel.

18 volt and 20 volt are also more weight and physically bigger all depends on the job your doing. I have 12 volt and 20 volt tools....all of them are used.
