Ugreen or urlhasbeenblocked sells it on rolls, and you just cut off what you need. I always keep a roll in my gear bag when I'm doing AV work somewhere. Hate when things don't look clean.

for the non cable tie scotch brand with the clear 3m backing adhesive RF9730 is best, this looks to have the white foam type adhesive which is a pain plan to remove.
