I can't speak to this one specifically but all of the cheap ones pretty much wear out at the nozzle over time. If plastic they'll break, if they screw on and are metallic they'll strip.

This inflator isn't the best. It gets the job done, but it leaks out when you are unscrewing it from the valve. It is quite annoying and you can get better ones for just a little bit more money.
