The lg player automatically switches between dv and hdr,,,the 2 players you listed require you to figure out which disc has what and go 3 menus deep to enable the correct format.

You get both features in the same console +less wires running to avr or tv. The down side is that the Xbox consoles don’t always play every movie disc. I have the Xbox 1 X and I’m having that issue....

4K discs gives you the better audio codecs steaming services cannot currently deliver. But you need the proper receiver and speakers to get the most out of this.

I compared the specs on LG website and they seem to be pretty much the same. I was able to pick refurb ubkm9 from ebay for less than this. It also sells for $175 new at Walmart.
