Yes if one is a diabetic and this can help reduce cravings for a type of food that can't be eaten anymore like pasta. It at least is a noodle form that doesn't drive blood sugar up.

Worked great. Noodles are great for keto. To get rid of the fishy smell when you first open the package, you have to rinse, boil, and flash fry in a non stick pan. Doesn't really taste like anything...
