I have some erythritol and monk fruit sweetener at home that's different from the one above and it's only 4 grams of carbs per teaspoon. I'm not diabetic but I don't think 2 tablespoons produces much...

Not sure why the negative feedback. I'm not stating it's bad for diabetes, etc... but if you are fasting or looking for benefits of IM, 24hr+ fasting you should stick to purely monkfruit or stevia...
