The string tree pretty much corrects the break angle of the strings over the nut, so not really. These may be all solid wood, but this particular model is a bit boxy sounding.

Look at the Yamaha FG800 or FS800 series guitars. They start at $200 and are a better guitar IMO.

More like a 0/parlor size body and 00 at best. The next size up (Newporter) seems more like a 000 size. Don't like to have an extra layer of paint on the top ... the piece of wood that matters...
