Which is why I mail my printed state return. I get my check about as soon as I do my refund from the Feds. What sucks (sort of) is that now the standard deduction is as good a deal as itemization....

Prices for these will keep going down. I usually buy these in March. Around $ 15-20 for both fed and state. If you only have W-2, TurboTax should be free.

No, turbotax does not have free state e-filing (or included e-filing fee in the purchase price). It is still $19.99 to e-file the state return.
