You know the s9 isn't waterproof right?? They tested them in distilled water (non conductive) and rated them ip68 (water resistant not water proof). On top of that ip68 is rated at 1.5m 30mins....

people usually use it to charge while in the office or overnight. since no wires connected to the phone you can just set it and forget it and when you leave no need to disconnect any wires.
