The M650 is not an electrostatic headphone. The person you replied to got the electrostatic headphone for $240, which is $60 less than the current sale price of $300.

You're correct, I was confusing it with a different model. Fixed title. They actually do have a set of over-ear planars on sale, but the discount wasn't significant enough to make a post out of....
