typically that is for the desktop type chargers that have 4 plugs and say they're 90W or 60W total and are all on the same "circuit". pretty sure this is 30W total (18 & 12) typically the USB...

12W is max for USB-A (does not look like a USB 3.0 plug) 18W is typical for USB-C PD (fast charging) You'd only really need more than 18W for charging maybe a ipad pro or macbook
